What your application does and does not mean.
These terms are issued by Universal Culture 72 LLC, operating the UCIT brand, and govern the public application process. Approved participants may receive additional agreements, policies, and operating requirements.
1. Free application
UCIT does not charge an application fee for the Internet Awareness Challenge. No purchase is required to submit the public application.
2. No guarantee
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, campaign activation, territory, provider access, employment, continued employment, customer conversion, compensation, or completion of either Challenge track.
3. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. UCIT may reject, suspend, or revoke an application or participation status when information is false, misleading, duplicated, inaccessible, materially incomplete, or unverifiable.
4. Audience authority
You must own, administer, or possess documented authority to use each account included in your qualifying audience total. You may not submit another person's or organization's audience without authorization.
5. No promotion before approval
You may not represent yourself as an approved UCIT Challenge participant or UCIT representative until UCIT formally approves and activates you. Your 60-day performance period begins only at the official activation time recorded by UCIT.
6. Electronic communications and signature
By submitting the application, you consent to electronic records and acknowledge that typing your legal name may serve as your electronic signature for the application certifications. You authorize UCIT to contact you about the application, verification, Challenge participation, and applicable onboarding using the method selected in the application. This required application authorization does not enroll you in unrelated recurring promotional messages. Any optional marketing preference may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, government identification images, banking credentials, payment-card information, provider credentials, or customer data through the public application. UCIT will provide separate secure processes if additional information is required.
8. Governing Challenge documents
If approved, your participation will be governed by the Challenge Details and Rules, participant agreements, authorized marketing guidance, compensation rules, employment and onboarding documents when applicable, and any written UCIT amendments. When documents conflict, the more specific or later-issued approved document may control.
