How UCIT uses Challenge application information.
This notice is provided by Universal Culture 72 LLC, operating the UCIT brand, and applies to information submitted through the Internet Awareness Challenge application and related eligibility review.
Information collected
UCIT may collect contact information, location, applicant type, track interest, organization or team information, audience account URLs or handles, claimed audience counts, recent reach, audience geography, marketing experience, challenge plan, consent acknowledgments, digital signature, referral and campaign-source information, browser information, and a privacy-preserving hash derived from the submission network address.
The first-stage application is not designed to collect Social Security numbers, government identification images, passwords, customer information, banking information, payment-card information, or provider login credentials. Do not submit those items through the public application.
How information is used
- Review Challenge eligibility and audience qualifications.
- Contact applicants about verification, application status, orientation, onboarding, and related UCIT opportunities.
- Prevent duplicate submissions, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized audience claims.
- Administer participant attribution, challenge activation, support, and compliance.
- Improve campaign performance, applicant experience, and operational planning.
- Meet legal, tax, employment, provider, security, and recordkeeping obligations when applicable.
Information sharing
UCIT may share application information with authorized UCIT personnel and service providers supporting hosting, database operations, communications, audience verification, security, compliance, employment onboarding, payroll, provider operations, and legal obligations. Access should be limited to the information needed for the assigned function.
UCIT does not sell Challenge applicant personal information or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
Audience verification
UCIT may request native platform analytics, account-administrator evidence, recent reach, audience geography, or a temporary verification action. Applicants should not provide platform passwords. UCIT may contact an account owner or administrator when authorization must be confirmed.
Security and retention
UCIT uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect application information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Non-selected or withdrawn application records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the application decision, unless a longer period is reasonably required for fraud prevention, disputes, legal holds, or applicable law. Approved-participant and employment records may be retained under the applicable campaign, payroll, personnel, tax, and legal retention schedules.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion consideration for application information, subject to identity verification and lawful retention exceptions, by contacting info@ucit.tech. Withdrawal of an application may not require deletion of information that UCIT must retain for fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or completed transactions.
