Challenge details and rules.
These terms explain the public eligibility and performance framework. UCIT may provide approved participants with additional operating, marketing, onboarding, compensation, and compliance documents that also govern participation.
1. Sponsor and public brand
The challenge is offered by Universal Culture 72 LLC, operating the UCIT - Universal Culture Internet & Technology brand. UCIT is the public-facing campaign brand. Service availability, fulfillment, installation, verification, and campaign eligibility may depend on internal provider systems and address-level serviceability.
2. Application window and personal performance period
Public applications are scheduled to open Friday, August 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and close Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:59 AM Eastern Time, unless UCIT publishes a lawful written change. The application window is separate from each participant's performance period. A participant's 60-day performance period begins only when UCIT approves and activates participation and records an official start timestamp.
Applying, attending orientation, or beginning employment screening does not by itself start the performance clock. Conversion from Referral Partner to Full UCIT Representative does not restart or extend the original 60-day period.
3. Minimum eligibility
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicant must demonstrate access to a combined qualifying audience of at least 25,000 followers, subscribers, members, or other UCIT-approved digital reach.
- Applicant must own, administer, or possess documented authority to use each account included in the qualifying total.
- Purchased, artificial, duplicated, inaccessible, materially inflated, or unverifiable audiences do not qualify.
- Individuals, registered teams, agencies, businesses, nonprofits, churches, community organizations, and other approved entities may apply.
- Meeting the numeric minimum does not guarantee acceptance. UCIT may consider recent reach, account activity, audience authenticity, audience geography, content quality, and operational capacity.
The 25,000-audience requirement applies to this special Challenge and is not a general requirement for all UCIT employment opportunities.
4. Track 1 - Referral Partner Challenge
A Referral Partner uses a UCIT-assigned referral ID, link, code, or QR pathway. An authorized UCIT processor or representative completes the order-submission process.
- Completion target: 500 qualifying verified referral activations during the personal 60-day period.
- Campaign compensation: $50 per qualifying verified referral activation for the first 500, producing a maximum of $25,000 total campaign compensation at 500.
- Payment cycle: biweekly as activations verify, subject to the applicable verification, hold, reversal, tax, and payment rules.
- A referral participant may apply for the Full Representative Track while the personal challenge period remains open.
5. Track 2 - Full UCIT Representative Challenge
The Full Representative Track requires an active UCIT employment relationship, completed hiring and onboarding, required training, active employment status, approved territory access, and an authorized personal order-submission login. The participant's signed employment and compensation documents control payroll classification and other employment terms.
- Completion target: 500 total qualifying verified activations during the same personal 60-day period.
- Direct-order requirement: at least 250 of the 500 must be qualifying direct turf orders personally submitted through the participant's own active authorized UCIT representative login.
- The remaining activations may be qualifying referrals, additional direct turf orders, or another permitted combination.
- Base campaign compensation: $50 per qualifying verified activation for the first 500, paid under the applicable weekly payroll cycle as activations verify.
- Representative Production Upgrade: an additional $25,000 becomes eligible only after 500 total qualifying verified activations and at least 250 qualifying direct turf orders are certified, producing $50,000 total campaign compensation.
- Payment cycle: weekly as activations verify for active representatives, subject to payroll, verification, hold, reversal, tax, and employment rules. The upgrade is paid only after final certification.
Becoming employed or onboarded does not alone guarantee $50,000. The objective performance requirements must be completed and certified. The stated amounts are maximum performance amounts; UCIT does not represent that a typical participant will complete 500 activations.
6. Qualifying verified activation
An activation counts only when it satisfies all applicable requirements, including:
- The customer and service address are legitimate and eligible.
- The service address passes the applicable address-level serviceability review.
- The customer provided required permission and completed provider verification.
- The order was attributed to the participant before or at submission through an approved UCIT method.
- The order was submitted during the participant's active 60-day period.
- The service was installed or activated and classified as payable under the applicable campaign.
- The account meets required initial-payment, account-standing, and stability conditions.
- The order is not a duplicate, fabricated, unauthorized, cancelled, reversed, chargeback, or otherwise disqualified transaction.
7. Direct turf order standard
A direct turf order must be personally submitted by the active representative through their own authorized login. The customer address must fall within an assigned or approved UCIT service territory mapped to an eligible campaign at the time of submission. Pre-onboarding referrals, processor-submitted referrals, shared-login orders, retroactively edited orders, and orders submitted after representative authorization ends do not count toward the 250-order requirement.
8. Attribution and no double compensation
The first valid, consented, timestamped UCIT attribution is the default owner. Attribution generally locks at order submission. One activation receives one campaign origin classification: referral or direct. The same activation may not simultaneously generate Challenge referral pay, Challenge direct pay, ordinary employee commission, ordinary referral pay, or multiple completion awards.
The first 500 campaign-coded activations are governed by the Challenge compensation framework. Orders after 500 may transition to the participant's applicable standard UCIT compensation plan.
9. Verification, reversals, quality, and fraud controls
UCIT may review account ownership, audience analytics, customer consent, serviceability, participant login activity, territory status, provider order records, duplicate indicators, complaints, cancellation rates, nonpayment, and potential fraud. Verified counts and compensation may be reduced when an activation is rejected, cancelled, reversed, charged back, or found ineligible.
Credential sharing, fabricated customer data, unauthorized orders, misleading claims, artificial audiences, repeated consent violations, or other material misconduct may result in suspension, disqualification, loss of direct-order credit, recovery of overpayments where permitted, and additional action.
10. Marketing and disclosure obligations
Participants may use only approved UCIT campaign claims and materials. Participants must not promise guaranteed approval, guaranteed earnings, free internet, guaranteed speed, or unapproved provider terms. Participants who may receive compensation must clearly disclose their compensated relationship with UCIT when promoting the challenge or UC Internet.
11. Application and employment status
Application is free. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, territory, provider access, campaign activation, employment, continued employment, customer conversion, or earnings. Any employment relationship remains subject to UCIT hiring, onboarding, conduct, timekeeping, wage-and-hour, payroll, and termination policies and applicable law. No guaranteed duration of employment is promised by the Challenge.
12. Teams and agencies
Teams and agencies may qualify through approved combined audience access. UCIT may require a registered roster, one designated administrator, one legal payee, account authorization, and a written internal compensation split. An audience account may not be counted simultaneously for multiple active teams unless UCIT approves the arrangement in writing.
13. Taxes and payment setup
Participants must complete required identity, tax, payment, and, where applicable, employment documentation before payment. UCIT may route compensation through the applicable referral payment system or payroll based on participant status and the period in which compensation was earned.
14. Appeals and final certification
UCIT may provide a written process and deadline for attribution, eligibility, suspension, and payout appeals. Completion amounts are not final until UCIT completes quality, fraud, provider-payability, attribution, and financial certification.
